2.In House- In this model company can generate leads of servicing for in house repairing with their own mechanics also they can repair at customers door step or at shop by making pick-up and drop or customer can come to their service center.Company will get benefit of all repaired vehicles instead of just commission per booking.
2.Marketing Techniques
To get Leads for servicing company need to do online promotion campaigns along with offline events.The best strategy to build customers is offline promotions in corporate and societies and then convert them into monthly customers with the help of technology.Simple Technique is that if we do 4 weekend Events in big societies (Total 8 Events), for sure we can get at-least 100 Customers.(It can be varied depends on how big societies and corporate we are targeting)3.Technology
