      The most of Companies want to treat customers as a king but sometimes companies failed to treat customers as a king, as a result King get upset and he choose the other company.As a company need to maintain all aspects related to customer it could be Support after sales,commitments given at the time of purchase.
Here are few Aspects of company which needs to be maintained for not loosing the customer.

1.Product

-Don't Commit which cannot be delivered
Many times to achieve sales target companies push Sales team to sell maximum products,the Team give false commitments to customers and fails to fulfill the demand of customer.
For Ex-  Telecom companies try to sell Internet speed plans and fail to deliver the right speed to end customers

-Try to be transparent with customer
When customer sign deal or project with the companies, the companies don't reveal the Hidden conditions to customers, at the end of deal company loose the customer
For Ex- The Banks, many times Bank loan sales persons don't reveal about Hidden charges and dead lines for approval

-Quality
The customer expect the desired quality of Product to be carry by the company is most important aspect of business.If we don't have the right quality product we need to convey the same message to customer instead of delivering the bad quality product.
For Ex- E-Commerce companies have huge range of products and customer base as well,there is possibility of  delivering bad quality product.

2.Delivery

The ordered Product or services need to be delivered on time to end customer. Many times due to huge work load of orders towards company, company ignore the time line for delivery and customer get frustrated , the result of the same company lose the customer


3.After Sales Support


When the product or services is delivered by the company, company thinks the mission is overed and it don't care about after sales service. Many time customer have the problems related to products or services but company don't  have  facility to resolve the complaints, also company give the wrong answers to customers for support, hence the company lose the customer.
For Ex- Electronics Companies, when companies sell Electronics goods  like Laptop,Mobile,TV to customers,after warranty and before warranty company need to give best service for products. 
Many companies fails to provide the best services to customer.

The all above mentioned points are important to maintain loyalty of customers towards the company.Also there are more points where company can work on to not lose the customer as
